Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

The return request must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

Opened or used products due to hygiene reasons.

Sale or clearance items, which are final sale.

Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

 

We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@sinksinskincare.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
